How your Best Practice is economically feasible ?
The financial feasibility of the system is based on the principle of treating and reusing wastewater generated from public transportation vehicles washing operations. By reusing the recovered water in washing operations, municipal water consumption is significantly reduced. This not only saves the money on water supply costs but also reduces wastewater discharge costs. Thanks to the high water recovery rate, the system recoups its investment and operating costs within a certain period, creating an economically sustainable structure.Result of this assessment
The system was established in 2017. Since its installation, it has been used daily for washing buses. Periodic maintenance is carried out by municipal staff. It is a sustainable and trouble-free system.Enviromental impact
